Our aim has been for you as a user to beable to control and understand basic fan functionswithout having to read the guide.And we think we have succeeded.When the fan is connected to the power supply, italso performs a self-test where all the status lampson the control panel are tested, as well as the functionof the motor. Ideal for those installing to ensurethat everything works. If the control panel is notused for 15 seconds, it enters standby mode and allthe LEDs go out (except possibly the one indicatingcurrent fan function). To re-activate the control panel,press any button once. Settings are not changeduntil you press another button. The buttons on thecontrol panel are good for at least a million operations,which we believe is enough.16
