MAINTENANCEMaintenanceThe Fresh Celsius is designed to work efficiently formany years.ENHowever, the fan needs to be cleaned as required if itis to function properly.Disconnect the power supply to the fan by pushingthe safety switch down to position O.The fan's "swing out" function is useful, as it provideseasy access to the duct. Press the motor mount ring'ssnap-in catch and swing out the motor/blades.OFFClean the duct/pipe if there is any dirt present inside.There is otherwise a risk of impaired capacity.When cleaning the fan, pay particular attention tothe blades if these are dirty. There is otherwise a riskof imbalance and hence increased noise and a reducedlife span for the motor bearings.Clean the fan cover and propeller with a polishingcloth moistened with water and a mild detergent.NOTE! Never use solvents or similar products, asthere is a risk of them damaging the fan's plasticcomponents.19
