A combination of all the virtues of
Regiolux products: high quality materials
and workmanship, superior
lighting technology, simple handling
and a design capable of blending
successfully with any form of
prestigious architecture. A narrow
ring of glass-fibre reinforced, white
plastic forms a visible connection
to the ceiling. If the cover ring is
mounted, this conceals the housing
ring, available in either traffic white
or silver grey. The protective safety
glass cover (transparent or matt) increases
the protection rating of the
luminaire to IP23 or IP44.
If the ceiling zone around the luminaire
is to be illuminated, transparent
discs, matt discs or safety
glass rings in two thicknesses can
be mounted at a distance below the
luminaire.

Three reflector diameters, various
reflectors, glare control according to
DIN EN 12464-1 for computer workstations
(225/285 TC-D..) and various
ballasts make these universal luminaires
with up to 3 x 26 Watt output
highly suitable for a wide range of
applications. The facetted versions
lend the downlights an interesting
appearance and also make surfaces
less sensitive.
The housing ring is constructed of
high quality, non-distorting Grivory
plastic blend with glass-fibre reinforcement,
and the reflector is of
high quality ultra-pure aluminium
with a highly specular anodised
coating for high reflection factors.
All transparent components are of
high quality toughened safety glass.
These materials round off the sophisticated
impression and also underline
the high level of quality.
