Sales Management Trainee
Beginning in September 2016, the International Trainee Program is an 18-month rotational program in multiple areas and
functions at AAM. Customizable rotations provide a well-rounded experience while gaining greater understanding of AAM’s
global business and corporate culture. Upon successful completion of the program, Trainees have the opportunity to be
placed in a position within the Sales Department.

· Passion for the automotive industry
· Completed university degree (Diploma/Masters in Business
or Engineering) with above-average grades
· Relevant prior practical experience
