By e-learning on the way to a learning organisation – evaluation of a Finnish e-learning concept
Betreuer: Prof. Dr. S. Lewark
Eigenmittel
In der Wissensgesellschaft hat ein Unternehmen kaum
noch Überlebenschancen ohne organisierte Lernprozesse
und Informationsmanagement, da die Menge
der für die Arbeit erforderlichen Information ständig
steigt.
In the knowledge society enterprises will have hardly a
chance to survive without organized learning processes
and information management, as the amount of information
needed during work is increasing permanently.
This was the motivation for the Finnish Okobank-
Group for the development of an e-learning-concept.
This concept aims at a better individual and organisational
mastering of information and knowledge and is
intended to help transforming the banks into learning
organisations gradually.
The objective of the study is the scientific evaluation of
this concept. The empirical study will be based on an email
enquiry of the employees of the Okobank-Group.
