NYLON LINES<br />
Hitachi Trimmer lines<br />
The high quality co-polyamide lines of Hitachi<br />
are made for agricultural and gardening<br />
applications and are known as the best in the<br />
market. The material is strong, tough and high<br />
abrasion resistance<br />
and can be used on thick tough vegetation<br />
with weeds and brambles. The special<br />
blend of raw material overcomes two of the<br />
most common difficulties encountered with<br />
intensive line use, namely line breakage at<br />
the eyelet of the nylon head and line fusing<br />
in the head.<br />
Helicoidal<br />
Thanks to the aerodynamic shape<br />
of the helicoidal lines, they have an<br />
outstanding air penetration property resulting<br />
in a significant noise reduction. Depending<br />
on the size of the line and the rotation of<br />
the machine, the noise level reduction may<br />
go up to about 15%. The lines are giving<br />
less vibration, improving the life time of the<br />
trimmer machine and improved efficiency<br />
because the machine will reach its optimal<br />
speed faster.<br />
Less air resistance means reduced engine<br />

Round<br />
Round trimmer line is the most standard<br />
type and the most commonly used. Round<br />
trimmer line is smooth and will wear down<br />
less quickly. Most cutting occurs at the very<br />
tip of the line, so when round line contacts<br />
hard surfaces, like sidewalks or trees, it will<br />
break off less. The round line is also simpler<br />
to load into the spool retainer during line<br />
replacement, which may save time in the long<br />
run if you have a lot to trim.<br />
Square<br />
Trimmer line shapes that have edges are<br />
sharper. The edges that square lines have<br />
allow the lines to actually slice through<br />
grass and weeds.<br />
With four sharp edges, square trimmer line<br />
cuts faster and more efficiently. The squareedged<br />
line works well if you have tall, thick<br />
and heavy patches of weeds.<br />
