The SDS-Max 2-cutter drill bits with double<br />
spiral satisfies to the highest quality<br />
standards and it is designed for the professional<br />
end user. They are tested under<br />
extreme conditions and have proven their<br />
new standards in terms of efficiency and<br />
performance.<br />
The 2-cutter is formed by a central placed<br />
tungsten carbide plate of which the special<br />
design provides an easy centring and fast<br />
drilling from the very first start.<br />
The cutting speed is about 25% higher<br />
than the standard SDS-Max drill bits with<br />
an increase of life time of about 50%.<br />
Steel reinforcement no longer presents a<br />
big problem. The dynamic, chisel-shaped<br />
drill bit head penetrates rapidly into the<br />
material and simultaneously feeds the drilling<br />
dust into the multi-groove spiral.<br />
The special designed spiral quickly removes<br />
drilling dust from the hole, saving<br />
both time and money. This special spiral<br />
also reduces vibration and transfers more<br />
impact energy from the hammer to the<br />
drilling head, thus remarkably increasing<br />
drilling speed and life expectancy. Drilling<br />
is less strenuous for the operator and for<br />
the rotary hammer.<br />
