Die PYRO Serie wird mit dem
PYRO 800 und PYRO 850 nach
oben erweitert.
Durch den Einsatz hochwertiger Komponenten
und modernsten Fertigungstechniken
gelingt ein extrem geringer Innenwiderstand
dieser Motoren und ein sehr hoher Wirkungs-
grad in einem extrem weiten Strombereich.
Große und damit verschleißarme Kugellager
runden die auf Leistung ausgelegte Aus-
stattung ab.
In den PYRO Motoren wird ein hochwertiges
Neodym verwendet, wodurch die Magnete
bis 150 °C hitzefest sind. Die Wicklung besteht
aus speziellem, extrem hitzefestem Draht,
der auch in der Raumfahrt verwendet wird.
Dieser Draht ist bis 300 °C spezifiziert.
Bei Leistungen bis über 5 kW entsteht auch bei
diesem hohen Wirkungsgrad viel Wärme
im Motor. Eine neue, speziell konstruierte Luft-
führung sorgt dafür, dass die PYROs diese
Wärme zuverlässig abgeben können.
Vor allem für Helikopter Anwendungen sind
PYRO Motoren bereits zum Referenzantrieb
geworden.

Der Service wird ausschließlich bei

PYRO motors as part of the KONTRONIK
PREMIUM LINE are real high-tech
products. Only the very best materials and
highest manufacturing quality fulfill
the standard of a PREMIUM LINE product.
The PYRO line is extended by the bigger
and more powerful PYRO 800 and PYRO 850.
Using high quality components and modern
technologies an extremely low internal
resistance and a remarkable high efficiency
was realized. Big ball bearings with
lower abrasion round out the high performance
equipment.
To achieve this a high-quality Neodym
material has been used for the magnets –
heat resistible up to 150 °C.
The winding has been made of an extremely
heat resistant copper wire normally
used by the aerospace industry. This wire
can be stressed up to 300 °C.
The rotating can additionally gets a precise
balancing making the thin section bearing
unnecessary.
A continuous power of up to 5 kW produces
a lot of heat – even in such efficient
motors as the PYROs. A new designed cooling
stream enables the PYROs to give off
that heat absolutely reliable.
Especially in helicopters the PYROs are already
reference drives.
PREMIUM LINE products are only
available in specialized shops or directly from
KONTRONIK. Motor service can only be
