proven themselves in many<br />

applications i.e. for steep roof-,<br />

floor- exterior/ interior wall insulation<br />

and many other areas. The<br />

production of extruded HR-foam<br />

sheets is therefore continuously<br />

expanding worldwide. During<br />

production and further processing,<br />

waste is created in form of rejects<br />

<strong>PALLMANN</strong> recycling technology<br />

offers the decisive advantage of<br />

being able to produce free-flowing<br />

agglomerates with high bulk<br />

density that can be immediately<br />

re-entered into the production<br />

cycle.<br />

With high throughput rate and<br />

economic performance, a granu-<br />

lator first of all produces a granule<br />

of defined size that can be further<br />

processed in the Plast-Agglomerator.<br />

The sturdy and durable<br />

design of the granulator is made<br />

for extreme, continuous operation.<br />

Load-controlled material feeding<br />

via conveyor belt and draw-in<br />

rollers guarantees comfortable,<br />

horizontal feeding.<br />

The Plast-Agglomerator produces<br />

agglomerate from the granule, by<br />

means of gentle agglomeration<br />

with frictional heat, without any<br />

major thermal stress.<br />

Due to the low heat generation,<br />

cooling of the agglomerate by<br />

water immersion is not necessary,<br />

therewith avoiding contamination<br />

of the cooling water by flame<br />

retarding agents and eliminating<br />

the high cost of water purification.<br />

Sheet waste and milling chips can<br />

be processed in one step. Startup<br />

under cold condition without<br />

prior cleaning of the agglomerating<br />

chamber is possible at any time.<br />

Due to the space-saving and<br />

compact modular design of the<br />

system, floor costs are reduced.<br />
