production of carpets. This waste<br />
material has a considerable<br />
volume and weight.<br />

developed preparation system.<br />
The waste, combined from a<br />
broad diversity of PA, EVA, PP,<br />
PE or PVC, is precut on a special<br />
knife mill and afterwards agglomerated<br />
in the <strong>PALLMANN</strong> Plast-<br />
Agglomerator, type PFV. The<br />
result of the agglomeration<br />
process is a product that stands<br />
out due to its high bulk density<br />
and excellent flowability. Textile<br />
fibers are bonded. The recycled<br />
material can be precisely metered.<br />
The agglomerate can be used as<br />
an additive for back coatings as<br />
well as in scattering systems.<br />
