Die HSG TALENTS Conference ist der offizielle Karriereevent der Universität
St.Gallen (HSG). Während drei Wochen bringt die Conference
jedes Jahr mehr als 100 Unternehmen mit über 1’700 Studierenden in
Kontakt. Das Format hat sich über die Jahre bewährt. Nicht nur die
während der Organisation gesammelten Erfahrungen, sondern auch
die Vielfalt und die hohe Anzahl der Unternehmen aus allen Branchen
machen die HSG TALENTS Conference zu einem einzigartigen Karriereevent
für Studierende der Universität St.Gallen.
Die Veranstaltung bietet mit ihren Angeboten die ideale Plattform für
Studierende und Unternehmen. Unternehmen wie Studierende profitieren
von vielseitigen Modulen wie Company Insight, Workshop, Interview
und die Messe. Die virtuellen Ausführungen bieten den Studierenden
die Möglichkeit, individuellen Kontakt zu den Unternehmen zu
knüpfen und damit erste Beziehungen zu potenziellen Arbeitgebern
aufzubauen.
In Anbetracht der aktuellen Entwicklungen wurde die HSG TALENTS
Conference wie auch die Universität St. Gallen, mit einer bis anhin
noch nie da gewesene Situation konfrontiert. Das diesjährige Motto
«predicting the unpredictable» betont die Wichtigkeit von raschem
und situationsgerechtem Handeln, bei einer sich stetig ändernden
Umwelt. Um in solch unsicheren Zeiten situationsgerecht und effizient
zu handeln, bedarf es der Entschlossenheit und der Zusammenarbeit
aller Beteiligten. Dem Organisationsteam der HSG TALENTS Conference
wie auch dem CSC ist dies mit der Durchführung der diesjährigen
HSG TALENTS Conference erfolgreich gelungen. Sie sind nicht
nur bei der Messe auf ein virtuelles Format umgestiegen, sondern
bieten den Unternehmen auch an, die Module online durchzuführen.
So können sie die Sicherheit aller Teilnehmer der HSG TALENTS Conference
wahren.
Mit Hilfe des engagierten Organisationsteams der HSG TALENTS Conference
2021 und zahlreichen weiteren Beteiligten werden optimale
Rahmenbedingungen geschaffen, um bereits während des Studiums
erste Karriereweichen zu stellen. Ein grosser Dank gilt dem Organisationsteam
sowie allen Beteiligten, die diese Veranstaltung möglich
machen. Die HSG ist stolz, jedes Jahr viele motivierte und gut ausgebildete
Studierende in die Arbeitswelt zu entlassen und wünscht allen
Teilnehmenden und Beteiligten eine spannende und erfolgreiche Veranstaltung.

The HSG TALENTS Conference is the official career event of the University
of St.Gallen (HSG). For three weeks, the conference brings
more than 100 companies into contact with over 1,700 students each
year. The format has proven itself over the years. Not only the experience
gained during the organization, but also the diversity and the
large number of companies from all industries make the HSG TAL-
ENTS Conference a unique career event for students at the University
of St.Gallen.
With its offerings, the event provides the ideal platform for students
and companies. Both companies and students benefit from versatile
modules such as Company Insight, Workshop, Interview and the career
fair. The virtual executions offer students the opportunity to make
individual contact with the companies and thus establish initial relationships
with potential employers.
In view of the current developments, the HSG TALENTS Conference,
as well as the University of St. Gallen, was confronted with a previously
unprecedented situation. This year's motto «predicting the unpredictable»
emphasizes the importance of quick and situation-appropriate
action in a constantly changing environment. In order to act
appropriately and efficiently in such uncertain times, it requires the
determination and cooperation of all those involved. The organization
team of the HSG TALENTS Conference as well as the CSC succeeded
in doing this with the implementation of this year's HSG TALENTS Conference.
They not only switched to a virtual format at the career fair,
but also offer companies the opportunity to carry out the modules online.
This enables them to ensure the safety of all participants of the
HSG TALENTS Conference.
With the help of the committed organization team of the HSG TAL-
ENTS Conference 2021 and numerous other participants, optimal
framework conditions are created to set the first career path during the
studies. A big thank you goes to the organizing team and everyone
involved who made this event possible. The HSG is proud to release
many motivated and well-trained students into the working world every
year and wishes all participants an exciting and successful event.
