Although the Covid-19 pandemic is still not behind us, 2021

did what we had hoped for in our industry: the new customers

from the lockdown year 2020 confirmed their regained or

new love for our products!

It is up to all of us to build on this by choosing quality to the

full. Quality products speak and work for themselves to ensure

satisfied and returning customers. And that is exactly

what we have been aiming at for many years: exceptional

quality – only the best makes it into our range! The best for

you, as our customer, but also for your customer, the end user.

With the products in the new autumn catalogue for 2022,

we will be going flat out to ensure you receive the very best.

There are no less than 14 improved primroses in our main

commercial varieties; in addition to these we can offer some

wonderful novelties.

Our very early Primus series has been enhanced by the beautiful

autumn colours of Primus Autumn Fire and our early

Evie series has a silky Lemon Cream colour added to the

range. In the medium early series Ambie, Orange and Violet

Flame are new additions, and to conclude this part of your

production program our mid late variety Charlie now includes

separate colours of Orange, Rose, Deep Blue Edge, and Wine

Red Edge. We will introduce no less than 6 new specials! This

includes the Ringostar Apricot Yellow and some beautiful

additions to the highly coveted Starflame Antiques Shades,

these unique colours are Milka and Papaya, plus Royal and

Violet. Our wonderful and highly successful series of double

primrose Rubens keeps increasing its range of colours: this

year you can add Rubens Yellow, a beautifully intense bright

yellow and Antique Rose a unique two-tone hue.

Also not to be overlooked is our own breeding of Viola

Wittrockiana Prim Up and Myosotis Savoie which offer some

very unique colours and exceptional performance. In addition

to this are the Viola Cornuta Butterfly which are exposed

to an extensive selection process by our dedicated team as

are all the products in our catalogue.

As you can see, there is once again something for everyone.

Es liegt an uns allen, darauf aufzubauen, indem wir uns voll

Mit diesem neuen Herbstkatalog für 2022 geben wir auch

dafür Vollgas! Neben nicht weniger als 14 verbesserten Primeln

(in allen uns bekannten Serien), können wir wieder einige

wunderbare Neuheiten hinzufügen.

Unsere sehr frühe Primus-Serie wurde um die neue Primus

Autumn Fire mit wunderschönen Herbstfarben bereichert,

und unsere frühe Evie-Serie wurde um eine seidige Lemon

Cream-Farbe erweitert. In der mittelfrühen Serie gibt es

die Ambie Orange und Ambie Violet Flame und zusätzlich

nicht weniger als 6 neue Spezialitäten! Außerdem kommen

die Ringostar Apricot Yellow und schöne Ergänzungen zu

den begehrten Starflames: Antiques (mit einzigartigen

Farbnuancen!), Milka und Papaya als einzigartige Farben,

Royal und Violet. Auch unsere wunderbare Rubens-Serie

erhält Zuwachs: In diesem Jahr können Sie Rubens Yellow

(ein wunderbar intensives, leuchtendes Gelb) und Antique

Rose (ein einzigartiger zweifarbiger Farbton) zu Ihrer Bestellung

hinzufügen. Auch die Serie Charlie wächst weiter:

Orange, Rose, Deep Blue Edge und Wine Red Edge sind

jetzt Teil unseres Sortiments.

With our genetically compact varieties

we try to create a win-win situation for

the whole supply chain. The grower can

grow these varieties with a limited use

of growth regulators and energy and

benefit from healthy, strong flowers

and less yellow leaves. Qualities that of

course serve an ecological purpose as

well. Furthermore, a longer shelf life facilitates

transport and benefits florists

and garden centres. In short, our aim is

to create varieties that are economically

interesting for the grower, are good for

the environment and give the customer

beautiful and healthy plants that flower

over a longer period of time.

Indoors/Outdoors

“Indoor Use” For some time already

we have been convinced

that the primula acaulis as a flowering

pot plant retains its beauty

at least as long as a bouquet

of cut flowers. With standard

varieties and traditional flower

forms it is quite difficult to convince

consumers.

By introducing “Sweetie” and

“Rubens” we are trying to change

that. Those primroses look

different from a traditional acaulis

and have a good continuous

indoor flowering. If you are a bit

creative, you will bring spring

into your home at low cost.

No, it is the introduction of a completely

new concept. Because of its multitude of

very short flower stems and small flowers,

this hardy polyanthus is ideal as a border or

terrace plant. On the windowsill it looks like

a kind of “winter geranium”. Primula is rarely

used in this way, let alone promoted, but

with the rich flowering of Colibri you have

spring close by throughout the whole winter,

just on the windowsill.

complete and varied viola assortment. Each year we hold

extensive spring and autumn trials which give us the opportunity

to optimize and expand our assortment. We are

convinced that we are once again able to offer you a full

and diversified range of violas that meets your needs in

terms of timing and colour variation.

A short impression: Use our early flowering ‘Carrera’ series

for your autumn and spring sales.’Prim Up’ is a series developed

especially for autumn flowering. It perks up autumn

sales with some unique colours such as ‘Bimbo Lips’ and

‘Cassis’. The ‘Felix’ series also adds some remarkable colours

to the assortment. Our small-flowered ‘Butterfly’ series,

which can be used for spring and autumn sales, offers

a wide choice of colours that satisfies everybody’s wishes.

‘Kitty’ decorates the rich colour palette of the ‘Butterfly’

series with delicate whiskers. The ‘Super Butterfly’ distinguishes

itself from our ‘Butterfly’ series through its extra

large flowers. And for hanging baskets you can use ‘Volaja’

and ‘Volaja XL’ with its slightly larger flowers.
