Zum besseren Einbau der Ver- stärkungshülsen müssen die Rohrenden am Innendurchmesser entgratet werden. 2. Einstecken der Verstärkungshülse. 3. Prepare the tube ends in accordance to the assembly instruction for LOKRING-tube connections. For a better application of the stabilisation inserts you have to deburr internally the tube ends. 2. Drive in the stabiltsation insert. Rohr / tube 3. Die Montage einer LOKRING-Verbindung mit innerem Anschlag des Kapillarrohres The assembly of a LOKRING joining with internal stop for the capillary tube 1. Vorbereiten der zu verbindenden Rohrenden (die Rohrenden müssen sauber und gratfrei sein und auf eine Länge von je 30mm gerade gebogen werden). 2. Kapillarrohre bis zum Anschlag in die LOKRING-Verbindung einstecken. 3. Kapillarrohr ca. 10 mm aus der LOKRING-Verbindung heraus ziehen und LOKPREP aufgeben (dabei darauf achten, daß nicht zu viel LOKPREP zugegeben wird, da sonst die Kapillarrohre verschlossen werden können). 4. Kapillarrohre bis zum Anschlag wieder in die LOKRING-Ver- bindung hereinschieben und die LOKRING-Kupplung zur besseren Verteilung des LOKPREPs auf den Rohrenden um 360° drehen. 5. Montage mit der Handmontagezange beenden. 1. Preparation of the tube ends to be joined (the tube ends must be clean and free of burrs and must be straightened to a length of each 30mm). 2. Push capillary tubes into the LOKRING connector up to the stop. 3. Pull the capillary tube approximately 10 mm out of the LOKRING connector and add LOKPREP. (Please note that not too much LOKPREP is added, as otherwise the capillary tubes may get blocked). LOKPREP LOKPREP 4. Push capillary tube again into the LOKRING connector up to the stop and turn the LOKRING connector on the tube ends through 360° for an even dispersion of LOKPREP. 5. Finish assembly by means of the manual assembly tool. 13
