GM World Class Certifi ed Service Technician, Paul<br />

Koerner will be diagnosing C5 and C6 Corvettes for a<br />

$35 fee that goes directly to the Chip Miller Charitable<br />

Foundation. Paul’s expertise includes electrical and<br />

computer control systems diagnostics. You must register<br />

at Guest Services; space is limited.<br />

AMYLOIDOSIS RESEARCH ••••••••••••••••••••<br />

Chip Miller, co-founder of<br />

<strong>Carlisle</strong> <strong>Events</strong>, passed away<br />

from complications related<br />

to primary Amyloidosis in<br />

March 2004. The Foundation<br />

was developed to support<br />

the research and prevention of Amyloidosis, a rare<br />

plasma cell disorder. A variety of items are for sale in<br />

the Corvette America Hospitality Tent to benefi t the<br />

Foundation.<br />

approach to magic and illusion. Join us at the Grandstand<br />

on Saturday at 1 p.m. This is an event the kids<br />

BURNOUT CONTEST ••••••••••••••••••••••••••<br />

No <strong>Carlisle</strong> event would be complete without the<br />

burnout contest. “<strong>Carlisle</strong> King (or Queen) of the Hill”<br />

bragging rights are up for grabs once again at Corvettes<br />

at <strong>Carlisle</strong>. Preregistration is required at Guest<br />

Services. A show sticker (i.e. registered for vending or<br />

Fun Field), driver’s license and proof of insurance are<br />

required. Participants are limited to 10 vehicles and 3<br />

minutes each.<br />

MS. CARLISLE CONTEST ••••••••••••••••••••••<br />

Contestants for Ms. <strong>Carlisle</strong> compete for cash prizes<br />

on Saturday evening at the grandstand. Ladies must<br />

register at Guest Services <strong>by</strong><br />

the stage. Must be 18 with<br />

valid ID. Complete rules and<br />

contest format are on the<br />

registration form.<br />
