Variation in Results The Company did not release any profit estimate, forecast or projection for the financial year. There is no significant variance between results for the financial year and the unaudited results previously released by the Company. 8. Profit Guarantee The Company did not receive any profit guarantee during the financial year ended 31 December 2009. 9. Material Contracts Involving Directors and Major Shareholders There were no material contracts (not being contracts entered into in the ordinary course of business) entered into by the Company and/or its subsidiaries involving Directors and major shareholders during the financial year ended 31 December 2009. 10.
