On behalf of the Board of Directors and the Management of Deleum Group, I
am pleased to present the Annual Report and the Audited Financial Statements
of the Group for the financial year ended 31 December 2009.
The Group experienced steady growth during the year under review, with increase
in revenue and profit before tax. The results which we see today are attributed
to the initiatives implemented during the year and enhanced infrastructure and
equipment coupled with a stronger management led by the Group Managing
Director as well as the hard work and dedication of all employees.
We have remained committed to human capital development with the
implementation of training programmes and improvement of policies and
procedures for employees. The overall workforce has increased in tandem with
the increased business activities of the Group.
