Automatic Pallet System
Model A30SD automatic pallet systems
(APC) have been expanded to adapt to
most brands of machining centers with
travels up to 150 × 50" (3810 × 1270
mm). The APCs are servo-driven and
have been redesigned for faster pallet
change time. They are easily installed
on the right side or the left side or sometimes
on both sides of a new or existing
machining center to reduce floor space,
eliminate unnecessary spindle downtime
and lost profit. Costly downtime
can be minimized with manual, rotary,
lift off, and shuttle pallet systems with
pallet sizes from 8" (203 mm) diameter
to 12 × 10" to 72 × 30" (304 × 254 mm
to 1828 × 762 mm).
