Not necessary. The duty of the medical officer/in-charge
of Institutions to give information to the Registrar within
21 days of the events occurred.

application and availability of seconds the death

The fee of the Extract and manual certificate will be
received 8.45 AM to 1.00 PM.
The fee of the computer certificate will be received
9.00 AM to 4.30 PM on the time of issuing the
certificate.
In respect of a death occurred in a morning vehicle
the person in-charge of the vehicle shall give or
cause to be given the information to the medical
officer at the first place of halt.
Any clerical error if any particulars in any entry in
the death already registered shall be corrected by
the Registrar as per the procedure laid down in ht
