high-performance 8-12µm cooled thermal imager
IRIS TGS is dedicated to integration into sights in
vehicles like Main Battle Tanks or Infantry Combat
Vehicles, for observation and fire-control missions.
IRIS TGS features IRCMOS cooled detectors operating
in the 8-12µm spectral band, along with sophisticated
detec tion elec tronics and image processing
algorithms.
Combined with its two field of view optics and
its very high resolution (756x576 pixels) IRIS allow
engagement at distance which correspond to the
maximum of most weapons used in ground to
ground applications.
Furthermore, with its limited size and versatile
interface capabilities, IRIS-TGS is easily integrable
into a wide range of systems.
