• Marketing & sales. Our team is dedicated to customer needs, proposing tailored commercial

• Spares administration. We can provide our customers with the shortest spares lead-time in
compliance with their deadlines.
• Repair administration. Our repair process is continuously improved to provide the fastest
turn-around time, optimizing the fleet management by our customers.
• Return on in-service. A dedicated team compiles all data obtained from our equipment’s
in-service life. The data is analyzed to report on reliability and possibly alert the design team to
implement technical improvement.
• Technical publications. Sagem customer support creates and manages the technical
publications (CMM, SB, SIL, etc.)
• Technical assistance & training. High-level technicians are available to promptly answer any
technical queries. They also intervene on site to help customers use and maintain our equipment.
Training sessions are proposed either in our training center or at customers’ facilities.
