Sagem offers a wide range of top quality support services for civil and military avionics, such<br />

as repairs, spare parts distribution and technical support. Our goal is to guarantee customer<br />

satisfaction by contributing to fleet availability.<br />

Services<br />

• Marketing & sales. Our team is dedicated to customer needs, proposing tailored commercial<br />

approaches that include the most innovative <strong>solutions</strong>.<br />

• Spares administration. We can provide our customers with the shortest spares lead-time in<br />

compliance with their deadlines.<br />

• Repair administration. Our repair process is continuously improved to provide the fastest<br />

turn-around time, optimizing the fleet management by our customers.<br />

• Return on in-service. A dedicated team compiles all data obtained from our equipment’s<br />

in-service life. The data is analyzed to report on reliability and possibly alert the design team to<br />

implement technical improvement.<br />

• Technical publications. Sagem customer support creates and manages the technical<br />

publications (CMM, SB, SIL, etc.)<br />

• Technical assistance & training. High-level technicians are available to promptly answer any<br />

technical queries. They also intervene on site to help customers use and maintain our equipment.<br />

Training sessions are proposed either in our training center or at customers’ facilities.<br />
