2. Click on the Recordset tab and select a Recordset by name. If none is present,
create a new one by entering a name and clicking Add.
3. Click Edit to open the Recordset editor.
4. In the Select list field, click the name of the table you are working with and then
click a field that you want to display.
5. Click the plus sign to add it to the right hand pane.
6. In the Where section:
Datafields added to
the recordset
Where clauses
Sort order
Number of records
to display
• Select a data field from the list of fields in this table. This is the field used to
restrict the output.
