The Hampton Hall Community Foundation proudly presents our first dinner and concert at the
Clubhouse on Thursday, May 12 th at 5:30 pm. Proceeds from the event will benefit your
Hampton Hall Community Foundation. The evening will begin with cocktails by the lake
(weather permitting & member-charge bar). The dinner at 6 pm will feature a delicious
four-course Italian family-style dinner by Chef John and the concert will follow in the Club
library. A well known string quartet from Chamber Music Charleston will provide outstanding
music for the concert. The program includes classics by Beethoven, Boccherini, and Borodin; a
composition by Dave Brubeck, and a piece by Jay Unger called Ashokan Farewell that was featured in the Ken Burns
program on the Civil War.
The cost of the dinner and concert is $59.00 per person and reservations must be made by April 11
with full payment. Make checks payable to the Hampton Hall Community Foundation and drop off at
the Community Clubhouse Lobby with your reservation. The reservation sheet and envelope to
accept payments will be clearly labeled in the foyer. This event will provide an opportunity to enjoy a delightful
social evening including a delicious dinner and a concert by first-class musicians right here in our own community –
and provide some funds to the Foundation as an extra benefit. Reserve this date now for dinner and music with
your friends or invite guests to join you for this special event. For more information contact Bob Koenig at 815-4810
