This program provides the skills and knowledge to
work in the engineering industry as a Sheet Metal
Fabricator.
The program provides work-based training and a
recognised qualification in the engineering metal
fabrication trade. Students will develop a variety of
skills required of qualified tradespeople.
Delivery method
A minimum of 20 hours per week face to face
in the classroom, plus 400 hours of vocational
placement.
Assessment method
May include test/exam, written task/assignment,
practical task and RPL.
