ABOUT THE COMMISSION AND COMMISSION- 

ERS: The Traffic Safety Committee consists of 

five members appointed by the City Council to 

three-year terms. The Traffic Safety Committee 

serves in an advisory capacity to the City Council 

on issues which would help promote a safe environment, 

which includes the need to pursue alternative 

modes of travel, including regional transportation 

systems. 

The Commission meets on a quarterly base and 

members must be either residents of the City of 

Glendora or professionals from the field of transportation 

planning, urban planning or transportation 

systems that operate a business licensed by the 

City of Glendora. 

APPOINTMENT PROCEDURE: The City Council 

invites interested persons to submit applications to 

serve on a City Commission or Committee. Completed 

applications should be submitted to the City 

Clerk's Office NO LATER THAN 5:00 p.m. on June
