convince themselves and others the<br />

What is a winning mindset? let's look at the differences between a<br />
People with this mindset:<br />
• Believe ability, intelligence,<br />
personality can be developed -<br />
Anybody can change and grow.<br />
• Effort is necessary to grow and<br />
gain skill mastery.<br />
• <strong>The</strong>y embrace challenges as<br />
opportunities.<br />
• <strong>The</strong>y are not discouraged by<br />
obstacles or setbacks. <strong>The</strong>ir selfimage<br />
is not tied to how they look to<br />
others.<br />
• Failure is seen as an opportunity to<br />
learn, so risking it is a win-win.<br />
• To them, constructive feedback<br />
may provide useful information<br />
