(2) Alternate Exit: E.<br />

(3) See and Avoid/Restrictive Scheduling applies between<br />

VR-1130 and IR-117, IR-120, IR-121, IR-164, VR-1102,<br />

VR-1103, VR-1104, VR-1113, Hog Low North.<br />

(4) Call in-the-blind on 305.4 before entering the Hog MOA.<br />

Clearance into R-2402 must be received on 339.05.<br />

(5) Avoid flight within 1500' AGL or 3 NM all charted airports<br />

when practicable.<br />

(6) Noise Sensitive Areas (Avoid by 1 NM and 1000' AGL):<br />

(a) Sequoyah National Wildlife Refuge;<br />

(b) Ostrich farm N35-18.5 W92-21.0.<br />

(7) Make entry time plus or minus five minutes or reschedule.<br />

(8) CAUTION: Points E-F, multiple converging MTR's and<br />

military aircraft in Hog MOA.<br />

Special Operating Procedures:<br />

(1) Route designed to 420 knots.<br />

(2) All bank turns-a minimum planned 45 degree.<br />

(3) Alternate Entry: D.<br />

(4) Alternate Exit: F and H.<br />

(5) Noise Sensitive Areas avoid overflight by 2 NM (N34 58.1<br />

W98 41.3); Noise Sensitive Area avoid overflight unless at<br />

6000' MSL or above and or by 2 NM (N34 50.8 W98 49.2).<br />

(6) Avoid by 1500' or 3 NM all charted airfields.<br />

(7) Avoid Turkey Ranch at N35-00.0 W97-01.0 by 1500' and 3<br />

NM.<br />

(8) Do not overfly refinery at Wyneewood, OK (N34-38.0<br />

W97-01.0).<br />

(9) Do not overfly the town of Ft. Cobb, OK (N35-06.0<br />

W98-27.0).<br />

(10) Minimum seperation between scheduled entry times is 10<br />

minutes. VR routes are strickly See and Avoid and users are<br />

encouraged to maintain a continuous visual lookout.<br />

(11) Units requesting VR 1137 shall furnish 301 OG/SUA with<br />

planned entry/exit points, times and planned speeds.<br />

Accurate times are critical in the deconfliction process.<br />

(12) Aircraft unable to meet their assigned entry time within the<br />

window two minutes early to five minutes late must not<br />

enter the route.<br />

(13) Route Conflicts:<br />

(a) VR1137 conflicts with IR117 and VR1113 at the Entry<br />

Point. Additionally both routes cross VR1137 between<br />

Points C-D. To deconflict, contact the 188 FW, Fort<br />

Smith, DSN 962-8185/8271<br />

(b) VR1137 conflicts with VR1139 and VR1140 along many<br />

points on the routes. To deconflict, call the 90 FTS,<br />

Sheppard AFB, DSN 736-2675/4995.<br />

(14) Route Segment H to I closed except to aircraft aircraft<br />

scheduled into R-5601. Aircraft not scheduled into R-5601<br />

must exit by Point H and remain clear of R-5601F.
