Referring and Service Provider users can demonstrate how to process referrals that have marked as DNA by
using the pre-populated UBRN’s in the CBDE.
Log on as one of the following clinicians and access the Appointment for Booking worklist.

Service Provider - Missing
Referral Letter Enquiry
Service Provider users can demonstrate how to show and manage contact to referring organisations that have
not attached a referral letter.
Log on as one of the following clinicians.
Clinician Log In Role Organisation Name
Jennifer McTavish Service Provider Admin Westminster Acute Trust
Andy Green Service Provider Admin Westminster Acute Trust
Note: To show contact, run a Missing Referral Letter Enquiry and click onto a UBRN. The UBRN will open up all referrals for that referring organisation
without referral letters (after the appropriate date that they become ‘missing’). The Referrer Organisation Contact screen will allow the user to record contact
in a variety of ways.

Service Provider users can use the Appointment Slot Issue worklist to manage UBRNs that appear on it.
Log on as one of the following clinicians and open the Appointment Slot Issue worklist.
