4 MS. DICKINSON: And they really have to,
5 it's not even buy in, but they have to believe in what
6 they're doing. I mean if you don't believe in something,
7 you can even if it's subconsciously, make it not work.
8 Does that make sense --
9 DR. MAXEY: Well, sure, I think the
10 culture of any school you need to have the teachers
11 brought in, that's not unusual, so I'm wondering what's
12 unique about our school. Except that there's been --
13 MS. DICKINSON: I just don't want the
14 teachers to see it as like another change, another
15 initiative I have to do, and I don't want to be doing
16 this, because I don't think it's right. I don't know if
17 it's best to force the teacher into that position, even
18 if you can show them all the data saying this is really
19 better.
20 DR. MAXEY: I see what you're saying. I
21 don't agree, but I see what you're saying.
22 MS. DICKINSON: Can we show them the data;
23 I think we should, I'm not saying we shouldn't. And I'm
