1 And it's a teacher issue, not an issue whether or not
2 it's best for the kids. And so I'm holding fast to it
3 and just smiling and saying we'll help you move, don't
4 worry about it, you know, that kind of stuff. Is there
5 any advantage to moving departments, or just leave it
6 haphazard and not take it --
7 MS. IGNACIO: Well, another analogy --
8 DR. MAXEY: But I want to ask, I can ask
9 them just, what's your experience with that in terms of
10 logistically moving people?
11 DR. BROOKS: Well, I think there's an
12 advantage at times for people to meet. If you're just
13 putting people near each other, and there's no change in
14 how the master is put together, it's probably not going
15 to matter much. So if people do have dedicated time to
16 meet, it's easier if they're near each other than have to
17 wander all over the place to meet.
18 MS. TAYLOR: So you have to have two
19 structures in place, really. The structure of time and
20 the structure of place.
21 DR. BROOKS: Right.
22 DR. MAXEY: Because I was just thinking,
23 there was so many times when I was teaching, I would be
