Fruit Crumble<br />
Method<br />
Preheat oven at 180oC/350oF/Gas mark 4.<br />
Mix Renapro with flour.<br />
Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.<br />
Rub the butter into the flour/ Renapro mix to form fine crumbs.<br />
Stir in the sugar and oat flakes.<br />
Spread over the tinned mixed fruit.<br />
Press down the crumble mix and bake in the pre-heated oven for 35-40 minutes.<br />
