1930 Phantom II 60GN Martin &<br />

King saloon in 1934 at the home<br />

of Cecil N. McKay shortly before<br />

it was taken to England. The design<br />

was identical to 186XJ. Note<br />

how the doors had top ventilators.<br />

These were later removed, either<br />

in Australia or England, and<br />

quarter windows substituted. The<br />

front wings were also modernised.<br />

Other curious features include the<br />

rear door handles at the very edge<br />

of the door and facing backwards,<br />

and the thin panel above the opening<br />

windscreen (to produce a pleasant<br />
