Gourmet oven dish<br />
The gourmet oven dish can be placed<br />
in the oven directly on the runners. It<br />
has non-tip safety notches like the oven<br />
tray to prevent it being pulled out too<br />
far.<br />
The dish has a special protective<br />
anti-stick coating.<br />
It is available in two sizes:<br />
HUB 61-22:<br />
W x D x H = 38 x 22 x 8.6 cm<br />
for 8-10 servings<br />
HUB 61-35:<br />
W x D x H = 38 x 35 x 8.6<br />
for 16-20 servings<br />
A lid is available separately.<br />

Catalytic side panels<br />
If you roast or grill frequently catalytic<br />
coated side panels can be fitted in the<br />
sides of the oven to help keep it clean.<br />
When ordering please state the model<br />
number of your oven and whether it is<br />
fitted with side runners or a telescopic<br />
carriage. If they are to be fitted in an<br />
oven with PerfectClean enamelling in<br />
the sides of the oven the runners will<br />
also need replacing.<br />
Catalyser<br />
A catalyser can be built into the cooling<br />
system of the top oven to filter fatty<br />
vapours and reduce food smells.
