Integrated Finnigan ProteomeX LTQ Workstation<br />
The Finnigan ProteomeX LTQ is a fully integrated, multidimensional<br />
capillary LC/MS n system based on the ultra-sensitive Finnigan LTQ<br />
linear ion trap mass spectrometer, Micro AS autosampler, BioBasic <br />
capillary columns, and BioWorks s<strong>of</strong>tware. The ProteomeX LTQ is<br />
designed and optimized for LC-MS/MS experiments required for<br />
proteomics, such as high throughput protein identification, shotgun<br />
sequencing <strong>of</strong> complex samples, and differential protein quantitation<br />
using ICAT reagents.<br />
