4. SITE DESCRIPTION
4.1 LOCATION AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION
The subject property consists of approximately 281 acres located within the western ½ of section
29, township 4 south, range 29 east, Greenlee County, Arizona. The approximate center of the
subject property is located at latitude 33.05516 o and longitude 109.38914 o . Figure 1 illustrates the
approximate location of the subject property.
4.2 CURRENT USE(S) OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY
The subject property consists of one (1) parcel of land with an area of approximately 281 acres
that is currently vacant.
4.3 CURRENT USES OF THE ADJOINING PROPERTIES
Adjacent land use includes commercial properties, road rights-of-way and vacant properties:

5. USER PROVIDED INFORMATION
5.1 TITLE RECORDS
As discussed in Section 2.5 of this report, a title search was not performed by SMA for this
Phase I ESA report. ASTM E 1527-05 indicates that a title search is the User’s responsibility.
However, the AAI rule states that it is not necessary to obtain chain of title documents for the
property. Thus, it is at the User’s discretion to provide title documents or to perform a title
document search. If the User performed this search, a copy was not provided to SMA.
5.2 SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
A questionnaire regarding specialized knowledge and history of the subject property was not
completed for inclusion in this report.
