Greenleaf Construction Co., Inc. (GCC) is a multi-disciplined
construction firm that serves both government, public and
private development concerns. GCC is known as a successful
contractor in building commercial, government, single
family, and multi-family projects. Our firm is supported by
an integrated team comprised of credentialed architects,
engineers and construction managers with an in-depth
knowledge of best business practices that have led to
the success of our firm within the construction industry
nationwide.

capacity of either the design/build contractor or the general
contractor/construction manager for bid/build opportunities.

As the CEO and Founder of GCC, Byron. McIntosh
has over 30 years of experience within the
construction industry, working his way
up the ranks from Laborer to Senior Vice
President/Chief Operation Officer for other
construction firms before opening the doors
of GCC in 2000.
Over his career, Mr. McIntosh has personally been involved
with construction projects valued at over $316 million across
the country. He is keenly aware of building to the customer’s
specifications and delivering projects on time, within budget
and with quality built in the first time. Under his leadership,
GCC has grown to be one of the region’s largest minority
owned firms.
