SAfETY<br />
Safety in the oil and gas field is of the utmost importance<br />
and the management of Treco, Inc. believes that safety is<br />
the key to success. This belief has led to a top down, bottom<br />
up safety strategy which involves the entire entity. Treco,<br />
Inc. has taken multiple steps to ensure that the safety of<br />
employees is not compromised by using proactive programs<br />
that not only seek to meet OSHA requirements, but exceed<br />
even the most stringent industry standards. Being a safety<br />
leader in the oil and gas industry not only means having<br />
policies that align with requirements, but also having<br />
employees that believe and practice safety.<br />
TRAINING<br />
Treco, Inc. provides training to all employees in their specific<br />
vocational fields. Training is a key strategy in order to<br />
maintain safety, health, quality, and efficiency. Training is<br />
conducted by knowledgeable staff with an all inclusive<br />
approach including classroom instruction, computer based<br />
training, hands on applications, and field training.<br />
qUALIfICATIONS<br />
There are many qualifications required in order to service<br />
the oil and gas industry, and Treco, Inc. is able to meet these<br />
qualifications. From Federal DOT Operators Qualifications<br />
(OQ) all the way to SafeLand credentials, Treco, Inc. is able<br />
to deliver qualified individuals for the specific needs of our<br />
clientele. Treco, Inc. is also a member of ISNET World and<br />
SSQ PEC Premier.<br />
