Cannot call on +Lynch, but will write. 16 12 Dec.,'70 O'K . has been suspended for proceeding against Jr. Walshe. Dr. McDonald to Card. Cullen, 1871-73: 17 12 June,1871 Long letter explaining why O'K. could neither be left in Callan nor transferred, why a regular ecclesiastical trial, could not succeed, and how the publication of a suspension might lead to further litigation. 18 13 July,'71 (From Harrogate) O'K. having served a writ on McD., the latter wonders what steps the Cardinal proposes to take. 19 5 Aug.,'71 Intrigues in Ossory. O'K. rejected suggestion of transfer and demanded £500.
