The Firm should submit the following documents along with their tenders. failing which their tenders will be rejected:- (i) Photo copy of VAT/CST registration certificate and latest valid sale Taxes clearance certificate not more than one year old i.e, 2011-12. (ii) Preference if any will be given to the firms who have past experience in similar store. Any supply order received by the firm in past from Govt./Govt. under taking may be attached. (iii) Copy of Registration certificate registered with any Department. (iv) Details of Earnest Money deposited. (v) Manufacturing capacity per month. (vi) Monitory limit. (vii) Terms of dispatch, delivery period etc. (viii) Copy of past performance/details of supply made to Govt. Department of private organization And institutions etc. (ix) Bid security /EMD is exempted to those firms who are registered with DGS&D/NSIC subject to submit their registration certificate. 7. E.M.D. to the tune of 2% I.E. Rs. 32,000/- of total cost only should be sent in form of DD/BC of any nationalized bank in favour of at DY. However no interest shall be paid by the purchaser on the EMD deposited by the firms. 9. The tender may be sent by registered post/courier/speed post. Tender received after 1500 Hrs on 27/12/2011 Will not be entertained under any circumstances. 10. The tenderers whose rates and specification quoted are approved , have to deposit 5 to 10% of the cost of stores as security money ,the E.M.D. will be returned to the tenderers. 11. TDS ( Tax Deduction Source ) as applicable, will be done by the supplier with concerned department. 12. If the tenderers fail to deposit the security money within 15 days of acceptance of his tender, the E.M.D. Will be forfeited. 13. If the tenders failed to supply the stores within stipulated date of delivery period (Unless extended ) the security money will be forfeited .No extension of D.P. shall be entertained without L.D. which shall be charges @ 2% of the value of delayed supplies per month.. The firm should submit the tender with proper sealed envelope duly endorsing full address of the firm, tender notice number, date of the tender, due date and time should be written in bold letters ( red ink) on the top of the envelops. 15. Payment of stores is likely to be made within 3-4 months from the date of receipt of complete stores. 16. The stores will be delivered to the DY. INSPECTOR GENERAL OF POLICE, GROUP CENTRE CRPF AMETHI AT TRISHUNDI , DIST- C.S.M. NAGAR, U.P. PIN CODE-228159 . The supply received in warehouse/store of the unit will be checked by the Board of officers and if any item is found inferior then the specification/description approved , Same will be rejected and rejected stores will have to be taken back by the supplier at his own cost. 17. In case of any dispute/doubt, the decision of The DY. INSPECTOR GENERAL OF POLICE, GROUP CENTRE CRPF AMETHI AT TRISHUNDI , DIST- C.S.M. NAGAR, U.P. PIN CODE- 228159 shall be final and binding on all parties/ tenderers. he also reserves the right to accept or reject tender or all tenders without assigning any reasons. 18. DY. INSPECTOR GENERAL OF POLICE, GROUP CENTRE CRPF AMETHI AT TRISHUNDI , DIST- C.S.M. NAGAR, U.P. PIN CODE-228159 reserves the rights to decrease/increase the quantity of store to be supplied. 19. TWO BID SYSTEM All bidders are required to submit the offers in two covers as under :- (a) FIRST COVER ( TECHNICAL BID ) should contain the following :- i) Tender documents duly completed and signed but without indicating the rates quoted ii) Earnest money ( If applicable ) iii )Delivery terms, delivery period quoted iv) Performance statement of last three years v) Any other relevant documents which the firms wishes to submit vi) C.D. of performance of Chapati Making Machine is must and required to be enclosed with tender (b) SECOND COVER ( Commercial / Price Bid ) Should contain the following i) Details of rates, taxes duties, and discounts, if any quoted by the bidder. These details should be submitted on their letter pad. ii) Rates must be clearly written in figures as well as in words iii)There should not be any cutting /over writing Both the above- mentioned covers should be sealed separately and super scribed with the Tender No. Stores and date of tender opening . This cover should thereafter, be kept in a third cover and again sealed .This cover should also be super scribed with the tender No., store and date of tender opening. 20. Quotations should be valid up to 70 days . Quotations valid for shorter period shall be rejected as non responsive. 21. SAMPLES Catalogue and C.D. of performance of Chapati Making Machine be enclosed with tender and indicate make /model/ and other full details of Machine in catalogue 22.
