Joint venture with Scholz AG
SRP is a 50:50 joint venture between Götzis-based Loacker Recycling and Scholz AG, headquartered in Essingen bei Aalen,
Germany. The JV partners both have extensive experience of the recycling industry. SRP plays a vital role in the domestic
and international recycling operations of both parent companies.
The company disposes of, processes and trades annual volumes of over 500,000 tonnes of steel scrap and 35,000 tonnes
of non-ferrous metals. An extensive network of well known suppliers and waste disposal facilities, combined with SRP’s
own demolition and dismantling activities, ensures regular collections and sufficient flows of input materials to meet customer
requirements over the long term.
A fleet of over 30 trucks and a wide selection of skips and containers of all sizes mean that SRP can ably meet the logistical
challenges involved.
