The housing area Sarkani (figure 3) are divided into three parts: houses for daily living in the centre of the area (figure 6), barracks or so called summerhouses and a production are with old military buildings and empty garages (figure 10). There are 8 two-storey buildings with 2 room flats in the area. 58 The 14 barracks are now summerhouses, and some people lives there permanently.
