WHEREAS the Authorised Officer <strong>of</strong> United Bank <strong>of</strong> India in exercise <strong>of</strong> the powers under the Securitization and<br />

Reconstruction <strong>of</strong> Financial Assets & Enforcement <strong>of</strong> Security Interest Act, 2002 read with the Security Interest<br />

(Enforcement) Rules, 2002, and pursuant to the possession <strong>of</strong> secured assets <strong>of</strong> the borrowers/guarantors mentioned below<br />

7. <strong>The</strong> <strong>of</strong>fers without earnest money will be summarily rejected.<br />

8. <strong>The</strong> successful bidder shall deposit 25% (adjusting the EMD) <strong>of</strong> the highest bid price to the Authorised Officer by way <strong>of</strong><br />

Demand Draft/ Pay Order favouring United Bank <strong>of</strong> India, within 22.08.2012 <strong>of</strong> acceptance <strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong>fer by the authorized<br />

<strong>of</strong>ficer in respect <strong>of</strong> <strong>sale</strong> failing which amount deposited towards earnest money shall be forfeited by the Authorised Officer<br />

without any <strong>notice</strong>. <strong>The</strong> property / assets shall forthwith be sold again and the defaulting purchaser shall forfeit all claims to<br />

the property.<br />

9. <strong>The</strong> balance 75% <strong>of</strong> the <strong>sale</strong> price shall be payable on or before 15 th day <strong>of</strong> confirmation <strong>of</strong> the <strong>sale</strong> by the authorized<br />

<strong>of</strong>ficer or such extended period as agreed upon in writing by and solely at the discretion <strong>of</strong> the authorized <strong>of</strong>ficer. In case <strong>of</strong><br />

failure to deposit the balance amount within the prescribed period, the amount deposited shall be forfeited.<br />

10. <strong>The</strong> authorized <strong>of</strong>ficer is not bound to accept the highest <strong>of</strong>fer or any or all <strong>of</strong>fers and reserves the right to accept or<br />

reject any or all <strong>of</strong>fers without assigning any reason there<strong>of</strong>.<br />

11. <strong>The</strong> authorized <strong>of</strong>ficer reserves the right to <strong>sale</strong> the properties by private treaty.<br />

12. Bank shall not be responsible for any charge, lien, encumbrance, property tax or any other dues to the Government or<br />

anybody in respect <strong>of</strong> the property under <strong>sale</strong>.<br />

13. <strong>The</strong> successful bidder shall bear exclusively all the charges / taxes /rates payable for conveyance, any other known /<br />

unknown liability, expenses, property tax any other dues to the Govt. or anybody in respect <strong>of</strong> property / assets sold.<br />

14. <strong>The</strong> <strong>sale</strong> is subject to the confirmation by the Bank.<br />

15. This is also a Notice to the borrowers/guarantors <strong>of</strong> the above loan about holding <strong>of</strong> Auction Sale on above mentioned<br />

date if his /their dues are not cleared in full.<br />
