Officer will make an inter see bidding amongst the eligible bidders for increasing / improving their offers.
7. The offers without earnest money will be summarily rejected.
8. The successful bidder shall deposit 25% (adjusting the EMD) of the highest bid price to the Authorised Officer by way of
Demand Draft/ Pay Order favouring United Bank of India, within 22.08.2012 of acceptance of offer by the authorized
officer in respect of sale failing which amount deposited towards earnest money shall be forfeited by the Authorised Officer
without any notice. The property / assets shall forthwith be sold again and the defaulting purchaser shall forfeit all claims to
the property.
9. The balance 75% of the sale price shall be payable on or before 15 th day of confirmation of the sale by the authorized
officer or such extended period as agreed upon in writing by and solely at the discretion of the authorized officer. In case of
failure to deposit the balance amount within the prescribed period, the amount deposited shall be forfeited.
10. The authorized officer is not bound to accept the highest offer or any or all offers and reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all offers without assigning any reason thereof.
11. The authorized officer reserves the right to sale the properties by private treaty.
12. Bank shall not be responsible for any charge, lien, encumbrance, property tax or any other dues to the Government or
anybody in respect of the property under sale.
13. The successful bidder shall bear exclusively all the charges / taxes /rates payable for conveyance, any other known /
unknown liability, expenses, property tax any other dues to the Govt. or anybody in respect of property / assets sold.
14. The sale is subject to the confirmation by the Bank.
15. This is also a Notice to the borrowers/guarantors of the above loan about holding of Auction Sale on above mentioned
date if his /their dues are not cleared in full.
