Captain (T. cuspidata ‘Fastigiat’)
A superior, asexually produced clone of ‘Capitata’ that’s faster growing
and more uniform to produce. Crops are consistent and can be row run
at harvest. It holds its green winter color much better than ‘Capitata’.
