ONCE AGAIN, Cebu Pacifi c (CEB) offers another
helpful ancillary service online: SMS fl ight
reminders. As a CEB traveler, you can opt to
get reminders in the timing of your choosing on
your mobile phone. Sign up for a text reminder
one day (1Day), three days (3Days) or fi ve days
(5Days) before your fl ight. Log on to the website,
and go to Add-ons in Skysales. Each SMS
reminder will cost you PHP5. Read on...
1 I made a reservation and my fl ight is
tomorrow. Will SMS reminder be available?
No, SMS reminder will not be available.
2 I made a reservation today and my fl ight is in
two days. Do I get an SMS reminder?
Yes, 1Day before option will be available in
the Add-ons page. Options 3Days before and
5Days before will not be available.
3 I made a reservation today and my fl ight is in
six days. What’s the booking process?
All SMS options (1Day, 3Days and 5Days
before) will be available during the booking
process. Just choose one or all!
4 How exactly do I get an SMS reminder?
Pull up your reservation using the Manage
Booking section in the website. Click on the
“Purchase Add-ons” tab. SMS reminder is at
the bottom.
5 My friend and I are on one booking
reference. Will we both get SMS reminders?

No. SMS fee is charged only once. If booking
reference is divided, the SMS will be sent to
the guest booked on the original booking.

Will I receive an SMS reminder for this?
Yes, SMS reminder will be sent and it will
contain your new fl ight schedule.
7 I rebooked/rerouted my fl ight. Will I still get
an SMS reminder on my new fl ight?
Yes, if you made the changes prior to the
original schedule of sending the SMS
reminder. The SMS will contain the new fl ight
schedule. If you made the changes after SMS
reminder was sent, you will need to buy this
ancillary service again.
8 Will I get a separate SMS reminder for my
return fl ight?
No. The timing of the SMS reminder will
be based on your outbound fl ight and will
already contain your entire itinerary.
9 I live in Canada (country code is +1). Will
SMS reminder be available during booking?
SMS reminder will not be offered. It is only
offered to Philippine mobile numbers.
