2 Notification and consent will be required as part of any request for a surface facility approval associated with waste disposal. A<br />

surface facility approval must be obtained from the ERCB’s Waste Operations Group and/or Alberta Environment before a waste<br />

disposal well approval can be issued.<br />

3 If a new emergency response plan (ERP) is needed or an existing ERP is updated, conduct notification for ERP purposes to all<br />
