Incidentally, <strong>the</strong> miraculous properties <strong>of</strong> water are related to <strong>the</strong> six kinds <strong>of</strong> 'Fraado'; <strong>the</strong>y induce<br />

certain functions in water. There are methods <strong>of</strong> activating <strong>the</strong>se 'Fraado's like, in <strong>the</strong> water in Yazashney<br />

ceremony or water in Muktad-vessels or water in St. Bernadette's spring at Lourdes. It is not for nothing<br />

that we have a big Niyaish and a much bigger Yashta for Avan Yazad, <strong>the</strong> divine ray <strong>of</strong> Ahura's Light<br />

contained in water. The Manthra Prayers in Avan Niyaish and Avan Yashta set out <strong>the</strong> mystical science <strong>of</strong><br />

water in great details, if you understand it through <strong>the</strong> divine key <strong>of</strong> IIm-e-<strong>Khshnoom</strong>. Dr. Saheb Faramroz<br />

Chiniwalla has elaborated this science while translating Avan Niyaish in his Khordeh-Avesta-baa-<strong>Khshnoom</strong>-<br />

(Pages 274 to 313).<br />

Hakim Rustom also refers to Baheramshahji's knowledge about clay <strong>the</strong>rapy.<br />

"Baheramshah was well pr<strong>of</strong>icient about <strong>the</strong> properties <strong>of</strong> different kinds <strong>of</strong> clay and <strong>the</strong>ir nature, and<br />

what is <strong>the</strong>ir effect <strong>of</strong> diseases".<br />

What do you think, my dear reader! In addition to having pr<strong>of</strong>ound knowledge on Zarthoshti Din and its<br />

deep mysteries; on its spiritual Institutions, and <strong>the</strong>ir divine Sciences; on its Manthra Prayers and <strong>the</strong>ir<br />

meanings and messages; on its ordained way <strong>of</strong> daily life and its oceans <strong>of</strong> devotion and Bhakti, this simple<br />

Gujarati fourth standard 'educated' man had such deep knowledge <strong>of</strong> medical sciences that a well qualified<br />

doctor practising medicine for years was extremely amazed! Baheramshah's pr<strong>of</strong>undity in <strong>the</strong> matters <strong>of</strong><br />

Zarthoshti Din amazed many a truth seeking eminent persons, Mobeds, scholars and laymen; and now here<br />

is a doctor who writes with sincere fervor about <strong>the</strong> miracle <strong>of</strong> this man-Baheramshah Navroji Sharaaf!<br />

Hakim Rustom also known as Sola Doctor does not stop here. In his article he refers to Baheramshahji's<br />

knowledge on different kinds <strong>of</strong> physical exercises; <strong>the</strong> science, art and mysticism <strong>of</strong> breathing ("Nafas-<br />

Kashi") ; <strong>of</strong> Astrology (<strong>Ilm</strong>-e-Najoom), <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> divine Ma<strong>the</strong>matics <strong>of</strong> 'Ramal' (IIm-e-Ramal); and <strong>of</strong> IIm-e-Zafar<br />

and Jam-e-Jehan Nooma.<br />

Now, please do not ask why is <strong>the</strong>re no miracle amongst us, <strong>the</strong> Parsis. The only difficulty is that some <strong>of</strong><br />

us are not aware <strong>of</strong> it, some do not see it and some deliberately close <strong>the</strong>ir eyes to it.<br />
