- Cherry rasp leaf nepovirus
- Peach mosaic virus (American)
- Plum American line pattern ilavirus
- Peach X-disease phytoplasma
Plants intended for planting (other than
seeds)<strong>of</strong> Prunus L.,originating in
countries where Xanthomonas
arboricola pv pruni (Smith) Vauterin et
al. is k<strong>no</strong>wn to occur
Plant 16. Plants intended for planting (other than
1 seeds)<strong>of</strong> Rubus L.
a) the plants are derived in direct line from
material which is maintained under
appropriate conditions and subjected, within
the last three complete cycles <strong>of</strong> vegetation,
at least once to <strong>of</strong>ficial testing for at least the
pests in question by means <strong>of</strong> suitable
indicators or equivalent methods, and were
found to be free, in these tests, from these
pests,
and
b) <strong>no</strong> symptoms <strong>of</strong> diseases caused by the
relevant pests have been observed at the
place <strong>of</strong> production or on susceptible plants
in its immediate vicinity since the beginning
<strong>of</strong> the last three complete cycles <strong>of</strong>
vegetation.
Without prejudice to the provisions and
requirements applicable to Annex 3, point 4 and
Annex 4A, points 10, 11, 15.1 and 15.2:
There is an <strong>of</strong>ficial statement that <strong>no</strong> symptoms
<strong>of</strong> Xanthomonas arboricola pv pruni (Smith)
Vauterin et al. have been observed on plants at
the place <strong>of</strong> production or on susceptible plants in
its immediate vicinity since the beginning <strong>of</strong> the
last complete cycle <strong>of</strong> vegetation.
There is an <strong>of</strong>ficial statement that
a) Phytophthora fragariae Hickman var. rubi
Wilcox & Duncan is <strong>no</strong>t k<strong>no</strong>wn to occur at the
place <strong>of</strong> production,
and
b) the plants have been inspected and <strong>no</strong>
symptoms <strong>of</strong> Phytophthora fragariae
Hickman var. rubi Wilcox & Duncan have
been observed at inspections carried out at a
suitable time during the last cycle <strong>of</strong>
vegetation.
