34 Seeds <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the genera Triticum L., Secale L. and x Triticosecale from Afghanistan, India, Iraq, Iran, Mexico, Nepal, Pakistan, South Africa and the USA where Tilletia indica Mitra is k<str<strong>on</strong>g>no</str<strong>on</strong>g>wn to occur 35 Grain <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the genera Triticum L., Secale L. and X Triticosecale from Afghanistan, India, Iraq, Iran, Mexico, Nepal, Pakistan, South Africa and the USA where Tilletia indica Mitra is k<str<strong>on</strong>g>no</str<strong>on</strong>g>wn to occur a) the seeds originate in areas in which Clavibacter michiganensis michiganensis (Smith) Davis et al., or Xanthom<strong>on</strong>as vesicatoria (ex Doidge) Vauterin et al and Potato spindle viroid are <str<strong>on</strong>g>no</str<strong>on</strong>g>t k<str<strong>on</strong>g>no</str<strong>on</strong>g>wn to occur, or b) <str<strong>on</strong>g>no</str<strong>on</strong>g> symptoms <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> diseases caused by these pests have been observed <strong>on</strong> the <strong>plants</strong> at the place <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> producti<strong>on</strong> since the last complete cycle <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> vegetati<strong>on</strong>, or c) the seeds have been subjected to <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g>ficial testing for the said pests, <strong>on</strong> a representative sample and using appropriate methods, and were found in the tests to be free from these pests. There is an <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g>ficial statement that the seeds originate in an area in which Tilletia indica Mitra is k<str<strong>on</strong>g>no</str<strong>on</strong>g>wn <str<strong>on</strong>g>no</str<strong>on</strong>g>t to occur. The name <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the area shall be stated <strong>on</strong> the phytosanitary certificate accompanying the c<strong>on</strong>signment. There is an <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g>ficial statement that a) the grain originates in an area in which Tilletia indica Mitra is k<str<strong>on</strong>g>no</str<strong>on</strong>g>wn <str<strong>on</strong>g>no</str<strong>on</strong>g>t to occur. The name <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the area shall be stated <strong>on</strong> the phytosanitary certificate accompanying the c<strong>on</strong>signment, or b) <str<strong>on</strong>g>no</str<strong>on</strong>g> symptoms <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> Tilletia indica Mitra have been observed <strong>on</strong> the <strong>plants</strong> at the place <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> producti<strong>on</strong> during their last complete cycle <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> vegetati<strong>on</strong>, and representative samples <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the grain have been taken both at the time <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> harvest and before shipment and have been tested and found free from Tilletia indica Mitra in these tests.
