b) are derived from material which has been
subjected to <strong>of</strong>ficial quarantine testing in Norway

examinations, have been found free from the
pests specified in Annexes 1 and 2.
Without prejudice to the provisions applicable to
Annex 4B, point 1:
There is an <strong>of</strong>ficial statement that
a) the plants originate from areas k<strong>no</strong>wn to be free
from Apple proliferation phytoplasma,
or
b) the plants (other than those raised from seeds)
are derived in direct line from material which has
been maintained under appropriate conditions and
have been subjected, within the last the six last
finished cycles <strong>of</strong> vegetation, at least once, to
<strong>of</strong>ficial testing for Apple proliferation phytoplasma
using appropriate indicators or equivalent
methods, and which have been found free, in
these tests, from this pest
and
<strong>no</strong> symptoms <strong>of</strong> diseases caused by Apple
proliferation phytoplasma have been observed at
the place <strong>of</strong> production or on susceptible plants in
its immediate vicinity since the beginning <strong>of</strong> the
last three complete cycles <strong>of</strong> vegetation.
There is an <strong>of</strong>ficial statement that
a) the plants originate from areas k<strong>no</strong>wn to be free
from Plum pox potyvirus,
or
b) the plants (except those raised from seeds) are
derived in direct line from material which is
maintained under appropriate conditions and
subjected, within the last three complete cycles <strong>of</strong>
vegetation, at least once to <strong>of</strong>ficial testing for Plum
pox potyvirus by means <strong>of</strong> suitable indicators or
equivalent methods, and were found to be free, in
these tests, from this pest.
and
<strong>no</strong> symptoms <strong>of</strong> disease caused by Plum pox
potyvirus have been observed at the place <strong>of</strong>
production or on susceptible plants in its
immediate vicinity since the beginning <strong>of</strong> the last
three complete cycles <strong>of</strong> vegetation.
